Why group bookings need a different approach

Group rates, room-block management, deposit schedules across many travellers, and a single point of contact for last-minute changes all require a different process than booking one person's holiday. We handle the group logistics — collecting individual traveller details, managing partial payments, keeping room allocations organised — so the person coordinating on your end isn't doing that work themselves.

How it works

Every group booking starts with a conversation about numbers, budget, and dates flexibility — group rates generally improve with both size and date flexibility. From there, your dedicated consultant handles supplier negotiation, room-block holds, and the individual traveller coordination, keeping you updated at whatever level of detail you want, from full daily updates to a simple confirmation once everything's locked in.
